We’re Here to Build, Not Sell

Over the past two years, Compuquip has been going through a major transformation. After years of rapid growth — especially post-COVID — we realized that the way we were operating simply couldn’t scale with where we’re headed.

To grow the right way, we’ve had to make some difficult decisions. That’s included parting ways with a few high-performing individuals who weren’t aligned with our culture, as well as navigating the economic headwinds that have impacted so many. These moves were not made lightly — but they were made with a clear vision: build a stronger, more aligned team for the future.

Lately, we’ve heard whispers from the market suggesting that we’re preparing to sell the business.  Let me be absolutely clear: we’re not. Quite the opposite, in fact.

We’ve doubled down. We’ve brought on a new CFO, COO, and VP of Sales and we’ve realigned our President’s focus on new technologies and innovation. You don’t make those kinds of strategic leadership investments if you’re planning an exit — you do it when you’re committed to building something even better.

Yes, change brings questions — and that’s okay. But our direction is clear: we are investing for the long haul. For our people. For our customers. And for the next generation of growth.

This year marks Compuquip’s 45th anniversary. We’ve endured, evolved, and thrived for nearly half a century — and we’re just getting started

So if you hear the rumors, now you know the truth: we’re not selling. We’re building.  — and we’re perfectly comfortable proving it one day at a time.

Sincerely,

Eric Dosal
Co-Founder & CEO
