Hosted VOIP (ie., Cloud)
Mitel’s hosted VOIP offering, Mitel AnyWare, is a subscription based VOIP Service that does not rely on an On-Premise PBX system. In most cases, there are no upfront costs; all payments are made on a monthly basis based on your user count. This payment includes the actual phones – typically a big chunk of the cost in VOIP projects. In some cases, you can leverage your existing Internet circuit, or Mitel can provide a circuit for you. The big advantage to a Mitel circuit is that the VOIP traffic stays within Mitel’s network, thus overcoming the technical challenges of Quality-of-Service and latency that often plague Internet-based VOIP deployments.
