CQ_photo_support team 2011_small_optThe Compuquip Support Team is made up of 17 team members whose main focus is on the client experience. Thanks to our internal system, Connectwise, we are able to monitor our client’s experience in real time.

Lead by our Client Services Manager, Alex Marrero, and our Service Desk Supervisor, Lin-Dai Quant, the Support Team has continued to deliver consistently high levels of results. This is the IT team that answers the phone when you call for assistance, visits your desk, responds in the middle night, and follows up to make sure everything is running smoothly. They handle over 520 IT support requests per week, meaning they are responding to a support request every 5 minutes of the day.
