Compuquip prides itself in being the premier technology services company based in South Florida and our technical service team is GROWING!! Right now we are looking for 6 Engineers to join our Services Team and below is a brief description of each position:
- Our Voice over IP practice is really starting to take off with our new partnership with Mitel. That’s why we are looking for a Voice over IP Engineer to help lead that practice. Mitel has worked closely with VMware the past couple of years and has taken the market lead in Virtualized VOIP. The convergence of Server, Desktop, Network, and now Voice virtualization technologies makes this an exciting time to jump on board!
- All of our Managed Services clients get assigned a Technical Account Manager (TAM). Our TAMs act as Virtual CIOs for our customers and are an integral part of Compuquip’s Managed Services. Bottom line: our TAMs provide key strategic guidance for their customers, help drive business by providing value, and just plain ROCK!
- Compuquip’s Network Operations Center (NOC) Team is growing in both headcount and responsibility. Compuquip’s NOC, the ‘heartbeat’ of our Managed Services offering, are the engineers working behind the scenes ensuring that are customer’s systems are available, protected from threats, and are able to be quickly recovered in the event of an outage. If you have experience in different areas of Information Technology – Backups, Antivirus, Firewalls, Routers and Switches, Servers, Desktops – then the NOC is looking for you!
- As our Clients continue to grow so do their support needs. Our Client Experience team is looking to add 3 more Support Engineers to the team. These engineers would work primarily out of our corporate office and go onsite to our clients as needed to respond to issues. We are looking individuals that have a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience and looking to join a growing team. Whether you are a veteran at the Service Desk or looking to launch your career, you will find a home at Compuquip.
