Last Friday we got this email from a client and we wanted to share it:
Alex,
I wanted to send you special note of appreciation for Jim Lay AND Daniel Arcelo. When I was getting ready for work this morning, I saw a text from Daniel about our T-1 line and internet access being down. He then CALLED me at 8:00 am. That is GREAT! It prepares me for what I will face when I get to the office.
In my conversation with Daniel, he indicated that Jim would be in the area and could swing by after his tasks nearby were complete. He did. He also stayed with us, contacted Mike Baron, contacted AT&T and while there was not too much we could do, he did what he could and took an ACTIVE ROLE in helping to mitigate the problem. And then after AT&T [finally] got here, Jim returned!!!
I cannot thank these two wonderful people enough! Yes, you provide the best service, and we expect that (you and us) but I just wanted to say that I think their actions today went above and beyond. You are blessed to have them on your staff.
