How does it work? LVRTG initially delivers an email to a mail server using SMTP (just like an email client). Then the LVRTG reflector replies to that email (just as an employee at your business would). This test email contains a unique code in the subject line that is used to identify the email. This process is repeated every few minutes and if an email is not returned, an alert is sent to our support team to let them know without a doubt that your email is not flowing.
