MIAMI, February, 2011 – Compuquip Technologies, one of the largest IT services providers in South Florida, recently partnered with United HomeCare (UHC), a non-profit home health care agency, for its Managed IT Services solution.
Focused on promoting independence and wellness for clients in the comfort of home and other community settings, UHC had outsourced its IT network support for some time.
When their local IT provider was bought out by a larger national managed services company, decreased customer service, downtime, and poor communication started to pull UHC’s attention away from its mission.
