With sales across the globe, Innovation Computers could not afford the setback of a security threat or a slowdown in its IT systems. As the company grew, a one-man IT department was not enough to manage the tasks of updating licenses, security patches, backing up hard drives and keeping up with the latest advancements in technology. Moreover, the company found itself at the mercy of the IT technician’s demands.
