Compuquip Implements Successful Managed IT Services Model

MIAMI -  Compuquip Technologies, one of the largest IT providers in South Florida, recently completed a successful transition to their Managed IT Services model for the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida.  After years of working together, the Diocese of Southeast Florida decided to expand their partnership with Compuquip and enlist for full management of their IT infrastructure at their various locations.

Faced with a need for reduced expenses and reliable service, the Diocese of Southeast Florida was led to the Managed IT Services solution.  Compuquip’s high level of IT service and support throughout their relationship gave the Diocese confidence in this decision.  The Diocese now benefits from unlimited Service Desk support, 24/7 management of their IT infrastructure, and predictable IT expenses.

“Compuquip has been providing us with IT support for over 6 years. With the recent down turn of the economy we had significant budget adjustments.  As our IT partner, Compuquip was able to transition our current maintenance agreement to a fully managed services model which has saved us thousands of dollars” said Cris Valdes, Chief Operating Officer, Diocese of Southeast Florida.

“Not only do we have a flat monthly fee that fits within our adjusted budget, but by using Compuquip’s centralized Service Desk, we have regained the full-time use of my administrative assistant who was previously doubling as our internal IT support administrator.  We look forward to the continued growth of our relationship with Compuquip.”
