As business continues to grow, Compuquip constantly re-evaluates its support structure to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service on a daily basis.
Alex Marrero, a 14-year veteran of Mercy Hospital, was recently hired to serve as client services manager, a new position created to provide 100% dedication to the end-user experience. Alex will monitor interactions between clients and the Support Team and ensure that any issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner. He will also function as an escalation point for all service-related concerns, work to standardize support processes, and ensure that Compuquip clients receive regular communications updates about service issues.

Compuquip Technologies Selected by Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust to Manage IT Infrastructure, Increase Efficiency and Provide Cost Savings
MIAMI, Jan. 11, 2009 – Compuquip Technologies today announced that Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust has selected Compuquip’s Managed IT Services to improve the bank’s technology infrastructure and tech support while providing greater value for its investment in technology resources. The announcement extends Gibraltar Private’s six-year partnership with Compuquip and bolsters the bank’s IT functionality and efficiency.
With the growth of Compuquip’s Managed IT Services offering, two new business development managers have been hired to join the Compuquip team. Norbert Lamenca and Mikel Isusquiza each bring a unique skill set to Compuquip’s Infrastructure Division.

On Friday, October 2nd, Compuquip Technologies proudly sponsored the 2009 CIO Council and Women in Technology International (WITI) 2nd Annual Golf Outing held at Jacaranda Golf and Country Club. The event hosted some 130 information technology professionals and guests who participated in a 18-hole golf scramble, casual networking and luncheon with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Diamonds in the Rough. Compuquip representative, Norbert Lamenca, shared Compuquip’s Managed IT Services cost-saving solution with attendees and discussed Dell hardware capabilities.
Alberto Dosal, Compuquip President and CEO, was privileged to be the keynote speaker at the September West Kendall Business Association Luncheon. Mr. Dosal spoke to an audience of Kendall businessmen and women on Technical Trends that may be useful for their business and recommendations for the future.
