Compuquip Announces: Phone System Service Improvement!

At Compuquip, we are always interested in your feedback and suggestions on how we can better serve your needs, and we mean it!  We recently invested in a state-of-the-art enterprise phone system that will reduce response time and provide more user options for phone support to ensure that your phone inquiries are responded to in the most efficient manner possible.

We are excited to be able to offer this new service improvement and hope that it will successfully improve our response to your service requests.  Please note that the implementation of our new system will last 4 weeks.  During this transition we appreciate your patience as we perfect the system!

Any questions may be directed to our Support Team by sending them an email using the standard protocol:

  1. Send requests for IT support to us via email at support@compuquip.com.
  2. Make sure the subject line of the email gives a summary of the issue for quick prioritization and assignment.
  3. Include as much information as possible about the issue in the body of the email including screenshots and error messages. Thank you!
